How to read this Platform
The Platform is a reading surface over a public record kept elsewhere. It computes summaries and comparisons; it does not capture data, does not adjudicate identity, and does not settle anything.
It is not an exchange, a broker, a sportsbook, or a source of advice.
Kalshi figures are denominated in contracts and Polymarket figures in US dollars. They are never summed, averaged, or combined into a single total, and no figure appears without its unit.
Open interest, liquidity and traded volume are distinct measures and are never substituted for one another.
The canonical record is frozen at 00:00 UTC each day. A live reading taken during the day is a different measurement of a different instant. Both may appear on this Platform, always separately labelled, and never on a shared axis.
A value that was not measured is shown as a dash with a stated reason. It is never rendered as zero, never interpolated, and never quietly omitted. Where a measure is withheld, the reason is published alongside the surface that would have carried it.
The authoritative methodology for capture, freezing and classification is published by the company at volroc.ai/prediction-markets/#methodology and volroc.ai/methodology/. This page does not restate it.
Every figure on this Platform is read from the public record published at volroc.ai and governed by the institution at reference.volroc.ai. The Platform summarises, links and analyses. It never amends the record, and it holds no private copy of it.
